HOW WE WORK
You already have a brand and a channel. We change the finish, print your packaging, install your app name and icon, and ship with your barcode. Fastest route to shelf, lowest engineering risk.
You have a mechanical design or a product idea. We start from the AS-M1 sensing module, review your shell for DFM, run a pilot batch, and hand over firmware and app integration for your own build.
CUSTOMISATION
Matte, brushed, polished, sandblasted and PVD colour matching across titanium; zirconia ceramic in pearl white and obsidian black.
Outer laser mark or inner-liner engraving, including size and serial marking for warranty control.
Rigid box, foam insert, sleeve, quick-start guide, regional manual, barcode and FNSKU labelling.
Your app name, icon and colour theme on our base app, with the metric set you choose to expose.
Sampling rate, metric naming, alarm behaviour and data export set per customer.
CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH test reports and UN38.3 battery documentation issued per order and per model.

FOB quotation, tooling position, payment terms and lead time, in writing.
7–10 days for standard platforms, 10–15 days for ceramic and custom finish.
Artwork, packaging and firmware settings locked; pilot run signed off before mass production.
25–40 days depending on platform and finish, with weekly progress updates.
Function test, water-resistance check and ageing before packing; test reports and shipping documents issued with the shipment.
COMPLIANCE
We do not claim certificates we have not been issued for your exact model. Test reports for CE, FCC, RoHS and REACH are issued per order and per model, and UN38.3 battery reports are supplied for air freight. Health features are presented as wellness insights, never as medical diagnosis.

BEFORE YOU ASK
300 pieces per colour for titanium ring platforms, 500 pieces for ceramic rings, the AS-M1 module and accessories. Mixed size runs are allowed inside the MOQ.
Yes. Laser marking on the outer band or engraving on the inner liner, plus your retail box, manual, warranty card and barcode.
We deliver a white-label build of our base app under your name and icon, plus the SDK if you want to build your own. The app store listing stays in your account.
CE, FCC, RoHS and REACH test reports for your model, and UN38.3 for battery shipping. Certificates are issued per order — we do not sell pre-certified stock.
Sampling 7–15 days depending on platform, then 25–40 days of production after sample approval. Repeat orders skip sampling.
